If the "Core" product will be released will we be still able to request features for "Live"? I wonder if all those requests have impact on the release date...

No, Sir. We have fixed a perimeter of features that will be included in the Core product and now only work on these features. As soon as they are all implemented and throughly tested, we will release the package. We have however studied the feasibility of the features we announce for Airsimmer Live, in order not to make false promises.

alright cool thanks. I really appreciate you making a high resolution winglet.

By the way you can choose what animal you want. It does not have to be Foxy and Carl, it can be any animal that you like.

That's nice to hear! For a second a thought that with the ammount of feature requests the product won't be released in two years! Thanks!  :)

Making the perfect Airbus for FS is an affair that has no end! :)

This is why we'll be keeping our projects continuously updated. This is, by the way, how Airbus does it with the A320 as well. Remember, unlike Boeing, who came up with their 737-100/200, then the modernized version was called -300/400/500 and then -600/700/800/900 and they are all different product lines, Airbus doesn't really use series on the 320 Family. It is one product that is always enhanced.

Hello!

I'm happy to see how much work you do for us! Finally a perfect Airbus for FS!!

Just a simple question. Is the sound environment accurate? For example, when I turn on the air conditioning, can I ear the sound of the cabin fans running?

I have a quick question, will the Live! and Core packages be released at the same time?

Live! is not a package - it's a category.

The 'package' will be the A320 Family Core.
At the same time we will also be releasing some features via Live! (such as fuel planner, load manager, failure engine, and so on).

I assume that the "Live" feature will be some sort of software where You select what You want and by just one click You download it... Great! You need the internet to use the "Live" feature ofcourse... What about the boxed version? Will it include all the "Live" features in the "Core" version? Or will the live be "Offline" - so You just install the core from the CD/DVD and have the pure Bus. Then You install the "Live" software and select all the features You want but You don't have to download them because they are "Offline" just waiting there, is that how it will work? Thanks!

Best regards!

We want to get the download version out first before we think about Boxed.

All these questions and issues are really minor, we'll handle them to the best of our ability, but we'll cross that bridge when we come to it :)

Yes, the sound module is very flexibile and extensible, too. Engine sounds are only a part of what you hear in the cockpit, so be prepared for a various ventillation sounds, tray table sounds, flight warning sounds etc.

Well, remember that sound has an impact on performance in general. A better card means better performance. Remember that FS2004 is 2.1 channels only, although I don't know if Airsimmer developed a 5.1 surround algorithm for this...... I think that a Creative Audigy, or Audigy 2, should be enough to have a better FPS and performance environment on Airsimmer, as I told you at the beginning, the best card,  means top performance you'll get. ( I ain't saying that you have to buy a top notch sound card)

I have a Creative X-Fi Xtremegamer, and it works fine with everything I throw in my PC.

Hope this answer works a little to explain your question.
Best Regards

Roberto

WOW!!

OH MY GOD! :o

I have a dual core with 2Gb of RAM (Kingston), a ATI X1900 Graphic Card and a X-Fi Sound Card. Do you think I will have some FPS problems with your beautiful Airbus? What kind of computer do you use for testing?
